About Fryshuset and our youth centers
Fryshuset enables young people to change the world through their passions. We create communities where young people are seen, heard, and counted – from culture and sports to social projects and safety work.
Our youth centers around Stockholm offer young people a safe place where they can build relationships, explore their interests, participate in activities, and influence their everyday lives. We work relationship-based, norm-aware, and inclusive to strengthen young people's participation and well-being.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who has a strong commitment to young people and their development. You are attentive, responsible, and secure in your role – and you can both support and inspire.
We welcome you as an adult role model who can contribute stability, safety, and a good approach.

· At least 1 year of experience working with youth
Meritorious:
· Youth leader training or other relevant education (ongoing or completed)
· Experience leading groups or activities
