Fryshuset is looking for an engaged Leisure Leader responsible for girls' activities at 2:ans youth center in Nacka

We are now looking for a creative and driven leisure leader for 2:ans youth center in Nacka – with a special mission to develop and lead our girls' activities.
About 2:ans youth center
2:ans youth center is an open activity for young people in high school and secondary school. Here, young people have a safe place to hang out, try new activities, develop their interests, and meet caring adults who see them. The operation is well established, centrally located, and works according to Fryshuset's values and methods.

Your role with us
As a leisure leader, you will be an important part of an engaged team that together creates a meaningful leisure time for young people. The role is varied and eventful, and you will have great room to influence and develop the operations.
Your work will include:
- Operational work with young people during daytime and evening hours (until 9:30 PM and some late Fridays and Saturdays).
- Leading, developing, and driving our girls' activities – from safety-creating activities to workshops and girls' groups.
- Guidance, coaching, and relationship-building work with young people.
- Planning and implementing activities and projects.
- Active participation in the development of the operations together with colleagues and management.
- Follow-up, documentation, and evaluation of activities and projects.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who loves working with young people and is passionate about creating safe, inclusive environments where young people, especially girls, can grow and take space. You are social, attentive, and confident in yourself. You easily build relationships and meet young people with warmth, structure, and professionalism.
You:
- are creative, engaged, and solution-oriented
- are responsible and have good planning and organizational skills
- enjoy teamwork and contribute energy and ideas
- can work norm-critically and inclusively in all situations
Qualifications
- Leisure leader education or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience working with young people.
- Knowledge and experience of norm-critical working methods.
- We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
Meritorious
- Experience from open leisure activities.
- Experience working with young people with neuropsychiatric disabilities.
- Personal skills, passion, or experience in areas such as music, culture, sports, or anything else that can enrich the operations.
- Experience with girls' groups or work promoting gender equality.
Employment
- Start date: As soon as possible
- Scope: 100%, permanent employment starting with a 6-month probationary period
- Collective agreement: The position is covered by a collective agreement between Fremia and Kommunal (School Agreement)
