We are looking for female personal assistants for a 68-year-old woman living in Solna, who requires assistance around the clock, including awake night shifts. She is a humorous person who appreciates assistants with a warm personality and a twinkle in their eye. Your commitment and presence mean more than you realize!

Due to breathing difficulties, it can sometimes be exhausting for her to speak, which requires you to be observant, empathetic, and independent. The job involves medical care, including handling oxygen and a ventilator. You need to have a good understanding of breathing and be able to act quickly in case of changes in her condition. Since her energy and physical ability vary, adjustments are required based on her daily condition and the ability to read the situation. You need to be observant, empathetic, and able to act quickly in emergencies. A good understanding of Swedish, both spoken and written, is important to use documentation as support.

👉 The position includes a workload of 75% with fixed scheduled shifts, which means you have a clear structure and know how you will work each week. In addition, there is also the opportunity to work extra as needed.

• ⏳ Contract: Introductory shifts and about a month of hourly employment before the regular workload is assigned, provided everything goes well. This gives you a chance to feel secure and well-prepared for your new role.
