Relatives to Relatives is a private organization that is now establishing itself in several municipalities across Sweden.
Our model is based on continuity – the same person returns so that security and trust can be built over time.
Assignments arise when there is a local need. This can happen through someone in your own circle, or through matching via us when we receive a request in your municipality.
This is a flexible hourly employment for those seeking part-time work or extra income alongside other commitments.
The work involves practical and social support in everyday life – not care services.
Tasks may include:
Social interaction and walks
Light cleaning
Shopping and errands
Gardening
Practical support at home
The content of the assignment is shaped in dialogue between the person receiving support and the provider, with clear frameworks from us.
