About the role As a group leader, you primarily work in the operations with care work. You also have administrative tasks such as scheduling, updating risk assessments, deviations, and documentation. You lead the daily work by introducing, coaching, and including. Furthermore, you ensure good quality in the operations and work according to Nytida's educational framework to provide the best possible support and conditions for the care recipients. Of course, you also contribute to a good work environment and good relationships with the clients and relatives of the operations. This is done by being present and supportive, answering questions, leading, giving feedback, and affirming your colleagues in everyday life. You report to the operations manager and are part of the management team. The employment is 100%, and you work on a rotating schedule with weekend and evening shifts.

About Borgarfjordsgatan's group home

Borgarfjordsgatan is a group home aimed at adults in target group 1. The operations are run by Nytida AB/contract on behalf of Järva district administration - Stockholm City. The operations are located on the second floor of a multi-family house. The group home consists of six apartments and common areas.

The operations are located in Kista, close to green areas, the center, bus, and subway. At Borgarfjordsgatan's group home, there are 19 employees (all forms of employment). Our employees have experience and knowledge to work with the target group.

Your experience and knowledge

You have at least an education focused on pedagogy, social work, or care and nursing, as well as experience with the target group. Furthermore, you speak and write fluent Swedish and have good computer skills. It is an advantage if you have knowledge and experience of various forms of cognitive support and low-arousal responses, as well as of leadership.

You are clear, pedagogical, and driven by helping people grow and develop in their professional roles. As a person, you are independent, unpretentious, and easy to collaborate with. You have the will and ability to lead and follow up on the operations based on the company's goals and financial frameworks. You are proactive and attentive to the needs of the care recipients and have a natural respect for other people.
