Your Mission

As a personal assistant in Nacka municipality, you will support and empower the customer’s ability to live an independent and self-sufficient life based on their individual needs, interests, and circumstances. This includes everything from personal hygiene and care to activities and actively working for a meaningful and stimulating existence. The work is varied, and you primarily work with one customer. Your tasks will also include some documentation.

You will work according to a schedule, and the working hours vary depending on the customer but can be scheduled for days, evenings, weekends, and nights. Of course, you will receive an introduction before you start working.

Your Experience

To be considered for the role, you must have:

• turned 18 years old
• good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• good physical ability

It is an advantage if you have:

• previous experience in care and assistance, personal assistance, or in child and leisure work
• completed education or are studying in care and assistance, or child and leisure with a focus on educational or social work
• a B driver's license
• experience with documentation and computers

Is This You?

As a person, you are loyal, responsible, attentive, and keen to provide good service. Since you often work alone, it is important that you are independent and have personal maturity as well as a genuine interest in working as a personal assistant. You need to be flexible and solution-oriented.

About Us

The Care & Assistance Service is a municipal operation that works on behalf of Social Services and the Social Insurance Agency in Nacka.
