About the Job

We are currently looking for 2 female personal assistants for a cheerful and social girl who lives with her family in lovely Trollbäcken in Tyresö. Due to her physical disabilities, she needs assistance in her daily life. She loves to hang out with her friends, listen to music, visit the youth center, and enjoy a coffee now and then. She has a lot of energy, is a positive person, and we hope you also enjoy being active and engaged!

About the Role

As an assistant, you will be her arms and legs and her support in communication. You will help her in her daily life and accompany her during both daily activities and outings. Together, you will create a daily life filled with laughter, experiences, and community.

Sometimes there will also be activities outside the home; you who are applying should be social and flexible – your presence will be an important part of her security and joy in everyday life.

Who Are You

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in helping others and who sees the beauty in being part of someone else's daily life. You are honest, reliable, and have a natural ability to create a warm and safe environment. You have good physical strength as there are both manual and assisted lifts, but most importantly, you have your heart in the right place.

It is also important that you are attentive and flexible – no two days are the same!

It is a plus if you have worked as an assistant before, but the most important thing is that you click with her and see her as the curious and cheerful person she is. Your personality, empathy, and willingness to support her in both big and small matters, as well as being engaged and secure in your role, are what makes the difference.

Working Hours: 2 part-time positions approximately 75%, working hours are scheduled for day/evening/every other weekend on a rolling schedule.

Salary: The hourly wage is fixed according to agreement, and other compensations are made according to collective agreements.

Start Date: According to agreement, lasting as long as the assistance assignment lasts.
