We are two brothers with autism and developmental disabilities, aged 28 and 31, looking for part-time assistants to our support team. We need someone who is both strong and kind, and who can combine playfulness and fun with a safe and calm approach, even during challenging behaviors.

We live together with our assistants in our own house in Täby. The older brother attends a daily activity program, while the younger one stays at home during the day. We both need help with all aspects of daily life, such as personal hygiene, cooking, laundry, and cleaning. We also require a lot of support in terms of activities, such as walks and other indoor and outdoor activities – and not least, constant supervision.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, responsible, and who speaks Swedish very well, both orally and in writing. A driver's license is a strict requirement. The most important thing is that you are the right person for the job. Previous experience is an advantage, but knowledge of autism and low-arousal approaches is beneficial. Our team works with positive behavior support.

The role as a part-time assistant means that you will step in as needed and can work days, evenings, and awake nights, both weekdays and weekends.

Start date is according to agreement, preferably as soon as possible.
