I am a 17-year-old guy who is about to start high school in Stockholm and move into one of the school’s student apartments.

To ensure everything works out with school, leisure, housing, and life in between, I am now looking for personal assistants.

So, I need assistants, not a boss. I am the boss.

About Me

I live with a non-normative functionality (Cerebral Palsy) and have personal assistance to live my life my way. I enjoy playing video games, watching hockey, and listening to music.

Now that I’m moving out and starting a new school with new friends and new housing, I want a great team of assistants around me.

With me, you will be an important part of my everyday life and my team, not just “staff”.

About the Job as My Personal Assistant

You will work where my life happens: when I am in my apartment, at school, and during my leisure time. Some days are busy, while others are more relaxed.

Requirements:

• Driver's license for manual car = good driver.
• Non-smoker
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills

Examples of Tasks:

• Personal care and support with personal hygiene
• Home support: simple cooking, tidying up, everyday chores
• Accompanying me to school, leisure activities, walks, and various errands
• Helping me with structure, planning, communication, and IT tasks
• Being a calm, supportive presence and able to “hang out” without taking over

Who I Am Looking For

I am looking for someone who wants to be a personal assistant and work closely with me in my daily life. The most important thing is that we can build a good collaboration.

I would prefer if you:

• Have at least 1 year of experience in personal assistance, care, or similar
• Are very proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, as you will need to interpret and formulate my communication
• Are comfortable with IT (especially my digital aids, school platforms, and also my social media)
• Are attentive, respectful, and good at maintaining privacy
• Can take responsibility, collaborate with me and the rest of the assistant team
