We are strengthening our team around our wonderful 26-year-old guy in Järna!

Are you a gentle, kind, and responsible person looking for a meaningful job? Then this job is for you. Ideally, you have knowledge of sign language. You have experience in low-arousal approaches and are fundamentally a calm and secure person with your feet on the ground. A driver's license and access to a car are required.

About me:
I am a happy and positive 26-year-old who works in Daily Activities. I have autism, a speech disorder, and Down syndrome. My communication primarily occurs through sign language. I feel good when I have control over my day and schedule and would like to know what will happen next, so I need your help to achieve that control and clarity. I enjoy being active, such as playing football, going to the swimming pool, or splitting/stacking firewood. I like being outdoors and enjoy listening to music and watching YouTube.

I live in my own accommodation a bit out in the countryside outside Järna, near my dad, and sometimes I stay over at my mom's in Strängnäs. I feel very comfortable outside the big city where there is not so much stress. You are my important support in all situations, and even when I need some alone time and want to be by myself, it is important that you are nearby and see and hear what I see and hear. You need to support me in situations like meals, personal hygiene, and other situations throughout the day. Working with me means you will have a happy and pleasant workplace with challenging and varied tasks!

On-call 6.75 hours per night.

The shifts are distributed between day, evening, and night. For the right person, there is a chance for 70-80% on the schedule.

A driver's license and access to a car are a must to reach the workplace. Sign language communication is an asset.
