About the position

I am a man in my 40s living north of Stockholm in a quiet area close to public transport. In my apartment, there is a private room for assistants and plenty of aids to ensure a good working environment. I need help with personal care and household chores. Basic physiotherapy and accompanying me on outings, etc., are also part of the job. I appreciate music, art, culture, and going on excursions and having coffee in the city. You enjoy helping out at home. I like interior design and having a cozy and nice apartment. I would also appreciate it if you are good at cooking. With me, there is order and structure, and you will receive proper training before you start working independently. The most important thing for me is that we can be good friends and that you have a sense of humor. Your Swedish must be very good, and you must not be a smoker. I hope to see you soon!

Who are you?

You are an honest, reliable, kind, and sweet person who finds it easy to collaborate and is good at creating a harmonious atmosphere around you. You should have great empathy, patience, and the ability to understand another person's situation and be very attentive. We are looking for someone with experience as a personal assistant or equivalent experience. As a person, you have good social skills, consider the whole client's needs, are meticulous and responsible, and have a good approach. Only female applicants are sought at the request of the client.

Working hours and employment rate:

A permanent position at 70%, and we are also looking for substitutes who can step in during urgent vacancies such as planned vacancies. Primarily nights between 18:00 and 09:00 are relevant. Since our client has assistance around the clock, it is good if you as a substitute are flexible and can step in at any hour of the day. During the night, there are shifts with WAITING TIME. (sleeping duty).

Salary: Fixed hourly wage according to agreement, other compensations are according to collective agreements.
