Do you have experience working with individuals in need of support? We are now looking for a treatment educator who wants to be part of Aqura – and contribute to real change in people's lives every day.

Aqura Nacka provides housing with individually tailored support for adults with mental health issues, substance use problems, comorbidity, and/or other social difficulties that affect the individual's daily life.

We are looking for a treatment educator for a permanent position at 95%.

The work includes day, evening, and weekend shifts as well as overnight shifts with on-call duty. Working every other weekend is included. Start date according to agreement.

As a treatment educator, you play a central role in supporting individuals in their daily lives. You work closely with both clients and collaborating partners to ensure a structured, individualized, and sustainable intervention.

We particularly welcome male applicants, as the current team consists of a majority of women and we strive for a more balanced gender distribution.

In the role of treatment educator, you work based on the social services care plan and are responsible for implementing planned interventions in daily work.

You will, among other things:

• conduct motivational conversations and support in contacts with authorities and other external contacts,

• work with social skills training and daily structure,

• collaborate with social services, healthcare providers, and other relevant contacts,

• document in journals and establish and follow up on implementation plans and risk analyses,

• be responsible for feedback and follow-up with the responsible social committee.

The position also includes practical tasks such as support in cooking, planning activities, and transportation to meetings and activities.

We are looking for someone who is secure, stable, and relationship-building. You have a professional approach and a very good ability to meet people with different needs and circumstances.

You work in a structured manner, take responsibility for your tasks, and are comfortable making independent decisions. You have a genuine commitment to social work and are driven to contribute to development and change.

To be considered for the position, you must meet the following requirements:

• post-secondary education equivalent to at least two years of full-time studies (400 YH credits or 120 ECTS), for example, treatment educator, social educator, or social worker

• experience in social work

• good knowledge of the Social Services Act

• very good skills in Swedish, both spoken and written

• driver's license (B)

It is an advantage if you have experience working with addiction issues, mental health problems, or comorbidity.
