Quality Developer in Personal Assistance

Do you want to work with quality, development, and follow-up in an organization where your work makes a real difference? We are now looking for a quality developer who wants to help strengthen and further develop our systematic quality work in personal assistance.

Särnmark is one of Sweden's oldest companies in personal assistance, founded in the early 1990s by the current owner. Based on a clear value foundation, we work to create the best conditions for individualized personal assistance based on each person's unique needs. Today, Särnmark has over 2,500 employees across Sweden who deliver our promise – a better life – to our customers every day.

About the Position

We are looking for someone who wants to work with quality assurance, development, and follow-up, with a strong focus on preventive work. The quality department is an important support function that works closely with the operations to ensure that we meet the legal requirements, regulations, and guidelines applicable to the operations, as well as meeting our customers' expectations.

You will collaborate closely with colleagues in the quality department and have many points of contact in the organization, including customer managers, customers, relatives, personal assistants, and other support functions in the organization. The position is based at Särnmark's headquarters in central Sundbyberg. You will report to the quality manager/chief legal officer.

Main Responsibilities

In this role, you will work with:

  • developing, maintaining, and following up on the quality management system
  • implementing and following up on processes, routines, and documentation for self-assessments, risk assessments, and other systematic follow-ups
  • identifying any deficiencies in the operations and contributing to developing measures that strengthen quality work
  • developing and conducting training initiatives within the quality area
  • following up on documentation
  • handling deviations, complaints, and feedback
  • participating in the work with sustainability reports, quality reports, and quality certification
  • being responsible for customer surveys
  • acting as a customer representative and being a neutral contact point for customers who want to raise questions, concerns, or feedback

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who is a social worker or has another relevant university or college education. Experience with systematic quality work in care or similar operations is an advantage.

To thrive and succeed in this role, you need to be structured, analytical, and self-driven. You work systematically, take responsibility for driving your work forward, and have the ability to translate observations and documentation into concrete improvement measures.

You are also pedagogical and communicative, with ease in collaborating and building trusting relationships. Since the role involves many points of contact, you need to be comfortable meeting different people and be able to adapt your communication style to the situation and audience.

We place great importance on personal qualities.

We Offer

With us, you will have a broad and independent role with good opportunities to influence both your work and the development of quality work in the organization. You will become part of an organization where quality issues are important and where your work has a clear connection to the operations and our customers' everyday lives.

The position is a permanent employment that begins with a six-month probationary period. As an employee, you have the opportunity to work from home 1–2 days a week. We also offer wellness benefits and have collective agreements with contractual security insurance and pension contributions.

Does this sound interesting? Welcome to submit your application with a CV and cover letter. Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
