Johannes Waldorf Preschools is looking for an experienced childcare worker August 2026

For August 2026, we at Johannes Waldorf Preschools are looking for a dedicated and experienced childcare worker who wants to contribute to a safe, creative, and developmental environment for the children.

You will either work alongside a preschool teacher or strengthen an existing team in a children's group. The position is a permanent employment of 80–100%, starting in August 2026. The employment begins with a 6-month probation period.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 5 years of documented experience working in preschool
• 
  
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• 
  
• Has a genuine commitment to children's development and learning
• 
  
• Works independently with a smaller group of children while contributing to good teamwork
• 
  
• Is engaged, responsible, and has strong collaboration skills
• 
  
• Wants to help develop the organization through collegial learning
• 
  
• Has an interest in Waldorf education

Johannes Waldorf Preschools operates in two different units in Södermalm. Together, we have about 56 children divided into 2-3 groups of older children aged 3-5 years and 4-5 groups of younger children aged 1-3 years.
