Do you want to combine your passion for athletics with a varied job where you can both train children and work administratively?

We are looking for someone with a background in athletics who wants to work as a coach while being an important part of our office team.

The position is 40–80% depending on you, where about 5–10 hours a week are spent training children and youth.

About the role

You will have a varied everyday life where you both lead training sessions and work with administration. In the office, you are often the first contact for our members and help create a smooth and professional experience.

Your main responsibilities:

• Answer questions from members via email and phone
• Send out information and keep our members updated
• Manage bookings in our system
• Assist with invoices and follow-ups
• Prepare materials for course starts
• Conduct athletics training sessions

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Good computer skills, preferably in Word, Excel, and Google Drive
• Very good Swedish in both speech and writing
• Background in athletics

Meritorious:

• Experience from a service-oriented profession
• Studies in administration, economics, or marketing
• Experience as a coach/leader

About us

Stockholm Sport Academy is Stockholm's largest sports school.

We offer training in tennis, parkour, multi-sport, athletics, acrobatics, and football for children, youth, and adults.

In addition to term training, we also arrange camps and sports activities during holidays and breaks.
