About the role

Movant's 'Digital School' aims to support our schools across Sweden. The goal is to build a unit that can assist our schools with new hires, between employments, or when other needs arise. Movant sees digital development as part of the present and future.

By building a digital unit, Movant can continue to evolve and remain at the forefront as one of Sweden's largest companies in vocational education. Recently, we have also started working to offer training to companies.

The Digital School is growing, and we are now looking for vocational teachers with expertise in Installation Electric, Industrial, Distribution Electric, and other electrical professions. The Digital School operates nationally, which means you have the opportunity to work either at a Movant school, from home, or at an office within the Academedia group.

Your main task is to deliver high-quality education that meets the industry's requirements and expectations. The best of both worlds - you share your knowledge and simultaneously see your participants grow and develop!

We are looking for someone who

• Has a vocational certificate in Installation Electric, Industrial, Distribution Electric, and other electrical professions. Experience with high voltage and/or signaling systems in railways is an advantage.
• and/or at least five years of professional experience in the electrical industry from the last ten years
• Has experience teaching adults
• Has the ability to adapt teaching to each participant's needs
• Has the competence to explain theories and guide practical moments
• Has good computer skills
• Is willing to travel for work as assignments may vary between remote teaching and practical elements at a school or company around the country.

It is advantageous if you hold a teaching license or other pedagogical experience. We place great importance on personal qualities.
