The Education Administration is responsible for preschools, after-school care, primary schools, high schools, and adapted primary and secondary schools. We have over 3,200 employees at 40 preschools, 22 primary schools, and four high schools. The position and responsibilities

As a teacher at Broängsskolan, you play an important role in helping Botkyrka municipality become Sweden's best school municipality, where students succeed in school and develop according to their unique abilities.

We are now looking for a creative, engaged, and qualified MA/TK teacher for grades 6-9. We appreciate a naturally respectful approach to people's differences and prioritize safe and good relationships while sharing the school's core values. Through good structure, planning, and a thoughtful learning environment, you create security and provide our students with good conditions for learning.

Your main responsibilities:

• Teach MA/TK subjects in grades 6-9
• Regularly follow up on students' learning
• Mentorship in a class (7-9) together with a colleague
• Create opportunities for students with special needs to succeed in teaching
• Be active in collegial learning
• Use digital devices as a natural part of teaching
• Use Vklass to document students' development

Broängsskolan is a well-functioning F-9 school in Tumba with about 630 students and a municipality-wide group. We are part of a principal area together with Kassmyraskolan, which includes grades F-6 and adapted primary school. Broängen is located in a picturesque area close to good transport links, and the school has a very high proportion of well-educated and qualified staff. At the school, there is security, joy of life, closeness between staff and students, and an environment that fosters creative creation and learning. We strive for everyone to have the opportunity to grow at their own pace while encouraging them to dare a little more. We have also increased the number of digital devices this school year, meaning that we have one-to-two devices for grades F-1 and one-to-one for grades 2-9.

Who you are

Requirements:
Teaching certification and qualification in MA and TK subjects

Meritorious:
Experience working as a teacher in MA/TK
Teaching certification in additional subjects
ICT knowledge
Experience with V-Klass

As a person, you are interested in staying updated and at the forefront of your profession. You are relationship-building and collaborative to meet the needs of individuals and the organization. You also need to be structured to conduct high-quality teaching.
