International English School (IES) Sundbyberg is looking for a certified art teacher for an 80% position for grades 4-9 for the autumn term of 2026.


You have a positive view of people and the ability to create good relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians. As a teacher with us, you find it fun, stimulating, and rewarding to teach students from various countries and provide each student the opportunity to develop based on their own conditions and abilities.


Responsibilities:

  • Plan and conduct lessons
  • Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate documentation
  • Mentorship for 16 students in one of the classes you teach
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
  • Participate in professional development and contribute to the school's community


Qualifications:

  • Teaching certification
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English
  • Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet students' diverse needs
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and learning

International English School Sundbyberg is a school for grades 4-9 with 600 students.
