About the school

International English School in Södertälje is a primary school with grades F-9 and approximately 770 students.

Qualifications

We are now looking for a subject teacher who can teach Spanish and mathematics for grades 6-9 during the period 20/4-12/6.

The position includes shared mentorship. You have a positive view of people and the ability to build good relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians. As a teacher with us, you find it fun, stimulating, and rewarding to teach students from several different countries and give each student the opportunity to develop based on their own conditions and abilities.

• You have a teaching license with subject qualifications in modern language Spanish & mathematics.
• You can express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish and English.
• You plan, implement, and evaluate teaching and work to create a safe and stimulating learning environment.
• You are a team player and see the value of collaboration within your work teams.
• You take responsibility for systematically documenting, analyzing, evaluating, and following up on students' knowledge development.
• You take initiative and have clear leadership in the classroom.
• You are clear and concise in your communication and have the ability to motivate and inspire students to embrace new knowledge.
• You have good knowledge of ICT as a pedagogical tool.
