With Pamoja, you work both freely and securely. This job is perfect for you if you are looking for a part-time position with great flexibility. You can change your schedule up until 11:59 PM the day before you are scheduled to work.

How the job works

You often work on short notice (sometimes the same morning). You can work as much or as little as you like, frequently or rarely. The specific tasks you will be working on will be agreed upon when you are hired. You are then always personally matched to your assignments based on your preferences and skills.

You manage your work easily through our smart app. Additionally, you always have a personal contact with our support team who assists you before, during, and after your shifts. You work securely with a collective agreement. Of course, you receive a thorough introduction to the job before you start.

What do you need to be able to do?

• You need to have work experience (examples of roles are provided in the ad). You must also be ready to take responsibility and initiative and be willing to collaborate with others.
• You need to have completed a high school diploma.
• You have great freedom to change your schedule, but you must be prepared to work the shifts you commit to.
• You need to be able to work at least 2 days a week. (Are you a student? Then you need to be able to work at least 1 day/week).
• You should want to be a good role model for everyone you meet in your job!
