With Pamoja, you work both freely and securely. The job is perfect for you if you are looking for a part-time position with great flexibility. You can change your schedule all the way up until 11:59 PM the day before you are scheduled to work.

How the job works

You often work on short notice (same morning). You can work as much or as little as you like, frequently or rarely. We will agree on which tasks you will perform when you are hired. You are then always personally matched to your assignments based on your preferences and skills.

You manage the job easily through our smart app. Additionally, you always have a personal contact with our support team who assists you when needed, before, during, and after your shifts. You work securely with a collective agreement. Of course, you receive a thorough introduction to the job before you start.

What do you need to be able to do?

• You need to have work experience. You also need to be ready to take responsibility and initiative and have a willingness to collaborate with others.
• You need to have completed upper secondary education (high school diploma).
• You have great freedom to change your schedule, but you need to be ready to work as you commit.
• You need to be able to work at least 2 days a week (Are you a student? Then you need to be able to work at least 1 day/week).
• You should want to be a good role model for everyone you meet at work!
