Seeking: Passionate Music Professional

We are now looking for you who can conduct both choir and club concerts. You encourage students to sing loudly and make mistakes. You get them to listen for the rhythm in Beethoven's 5th Symphony and explain why music is both mathematics, language, and courage. Of course, you have sufficient knowledge and experience to understand what is important moving forward. Above all, you love to teach!

How the job works

You often work on short notice (same morning). You can work a lot or a little, often or rarely. Which specific tasks you will work on will be agreed upon when you are employed. You are then always personally matched to your assignments (based on your preferences and competencies).

You manage the job easily in our smart app. Additionally, you always have a personal contact with our support team who backs you up when you need it – before, during, and after the job. You work securely with a collective agreement. Of course, you receive a proper introduction to the job before you start.

What skills do you need?

• You need to have a high school diploma.
• You need to have experience in teaching/lecturing, or other experience from working with children and young people in preschool, primary school, or other educational activities.
• You need to have relevant subject knowledge in the subject you are to teach.
• You also need to be ready to take responsibility and initiative and have a willingness to collaborate with others.
• You have great freedom to change your schedule – but you need to be ready to work as you promise.
• You need to be able to work at least 2 days a week (Are you a student? Then you need to be able to work at least 1 day/week).
• You should want to be a good role model for everyone you meet in the job!
