What does the job of a personal assistant entail?
As a personal assistant, you will support the user in everyday situations, which may include personal hygiene, household chores, shopping, and accompanying them to activities and meetings. Your work is tailored to the user's needs and wishes, with the goal of promoting an independent and fulfilling life.
Qualifications
- Experience in caregiving or similar is an advantage, but not a requirement.
- Personal qualities such as being humble, flexible, and attentive are what we are looking for.
- Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written.
