A degree in social work is a requirement according to Chapter 25, Section 1 of the Social Services Act, and you need to have previous experience in case management. Since you are responsible for writing follow-ups, considerations, reassessments, journal notes, and other documents, it is important that you express yourself well in both speech and writing. It is an advantage if you have training in BBIC, Signs of Safety, MI, and if you have experience in social work with children and adolescents. To succeed in this role, we see that you have a clear commitment to social work and that you enjoy building long-term relationships.
