Personal Assistants Wanted – Solna

We are currently looking for a personal assistant to strengthen the team around a 45-year-old economist living in Solna. We are looking for someone who wants to work during the day, approximately 70%. The job involves providing support in daily life and creating conditions for an independent and active life.

The tasks include personal care such as personal hygiene and dressing, as well as practical tasks like cooking, cleaning, and support with activities both inside and outside the home. Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, nights (awake), and weekends.

Communication is done using sign language, and all new hires receive introductory sessions and training to learn this. The workplace is primarily in the home of the person receiving assistance in Solna. There are both a cat and a dog in the home, and dog walking is a natural part of the job.

Qualifications

• Fluent Swedish or English is required
• Ability and willingness to learn sign language
• You are not allergic to pets; experience with dogs is a plus
• Knowledge of Spanish or Polish is a plus
• Experience in personal assistance is not required – personal suitability is crucial
• You are self-driven, responsible, and have good cooking skills
• You have good physical ability as manual lifting is involved
