Deltagruppen works with qualified interventions for children, adolescents, and their families in close collaboration with municipalities in Stockholm County. Our operations are characterized by high quality, flexibility, and a strong focus on each individual's needs and circumstances.

We offer, among other things, family treatment, intensive investigations, care investigations, support housing for youth, specially qualified contact persons, as well as emergency and foster homes.

Within our outpatient care for youth, we work with complex cases where our goal is always the same: to create real and sustainable change.

We are looking for treatment pedagogues with extended responsibility for Deltagruppen's HVB homes

We are now looking for treatment pedagogues who want to take on greater responsibility, contribute with commitment, and help develop our operations together with us.

Job Responsibilities

As a treatment pedagogue with extended responsibility, your job tasks will include:

Daily operations: Organizing the daily life of the placed youth.

Implementation plans: Responsible for establishing, following up, and evaluating individual implementation plans for each resident, often in consultation with social services.

Staff support: Supervise colleagues in daily operations and distribute tasks.

Contact person: Be a link between the resident, family, school/work, and social services.

Documentation: Ensure that record-keeping and other documentation are managed according to applicable legislation and IVO's guidelines.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who thrives in a job close to people and in a role where tasks are varied and require both flexibility and commitment.

You are confident in yourself, solution-focused, and have the ability to maintain calm and direction even in challenging situations.

You find it easy to build trusting relationships, while also being able to set clear boundaries and contribute structure to the work.

We are looking for someone who is proactive and willing to take responsibility. You are not afraid to come up with new ideas and contribute to development, which is particularly important as the role is under construction. With us, you will have the opportunity to help shape working methods and develop together with the organization.

We see that you:

• Have education as a social pedagogue, treatment pedagogue, social worker, or equivalent.
• Have at least two years of experience working with the target group.
• Have experience working with youth in similar operations.
• Have a B driver's license.
• Can work flexibly (evenings, weekends, and some night shifts).
• Have knowledge of relevant legislation and BBIC.
• Have good experience in documentation.

The work can take place both during days, evenings, and nights as well as on both weekdays and weekends.
