The Social Administration in the City of Stockholm has an overarching and coordinating role for social services' individual and family care and the area of disabilities. Here, good conditions are created to meet residents in need of social services support. In close collaboration with the district administrations, we contribute to a modern, digital, legally secure, equal, and knowledge-based social service, and we have a strong focus on development. Within the administration, a wide range of support measures are offered to the city's residents, and the offerings change based on the needs of Stockholmers and the wishes of the district administrations. The work often takes place in close cooperation with other authorities, civil society, and the business community. The Social Administration is also responsible for the city's serving and tobacco permits and conducts supervision.

We are looking for you who want to make a difference for vulnerable women.

Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for creating a safe and caring environment for the women living with us. We are now looking for a treatment assistant with a strong interest in the target group who wants to work awake at night. Hvilan is a protected, drug-tolerant emergency accommodation for women over 20 years old who need support due to substance dependence, mental health issues, homelessness, and other difficulties. We have 21 places and accept women around the clock. Hvilan's overarching mission is to support women in moving on to other appropriate housing. Our ambition is to continuously develop and improve the quality for the residents. We at Hvilan consist of 10 treatment assistants, one kitchen manager, one administrator, one group leader, and one unit manager.

Your role

We are looking for you who want to work nights, and the working hours are 34.33 hours/week with a rolling 8-week schedule. You will work closely with the women and assist them in what they need. There will be a fair amount of documentation in the tasks and also practical tasks such as packing and cleaning rooms. We want you to be driven by development work and that the services we offer the residents are of good quality. We also want you to have a good approach and that you are used to meeting women with complex care needs. The work is varied in intensity and is independent.

Your qualifications and experience

• Education as a treatment assistant/social pedagogue or equivalent.
• You should have experience working with the target group.
• Meritorious education/experience includes domestic violence, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Low Arousal Approach (LAB).
• Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.
