About the position

We are currently seeking a personal assistant for a woman in Upplands Väsby. The position is a part-time employment, to cover for regular staff absences as needed, primarily during the spring and summer. For those who wish and with a well-functioning collaboration, there is also the possibility to continue working in the autumn. Your tasks will mainly involve assisting with daily routines and chores, such as personal hygiene, medication, meals, and during outdoor activities, an electric wheelchair is used.

The working hours are scheduled as follows:

• Day, evening, and night (with waiting time).

About the client

Lives with a spouse, family is important. The client is interested in art and crafts, and wants to stay updated on what is happening in the world.

About you

As a personal assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and meaningful everyday life for our clients. You will be an important part of their lives and contribute to their independence and well-being.

We believe that you who are applying for this position are calm as a person and secure in yourself. Not all moments need to be active during a work shift, and you have no problem taking a step back and being available as needed. As a person, you are patient, attentive, responsible, flexible, and cooperative. The most important thing is that there is personal chemistry between you as a candidate and the client. This may become decisive in the final selection.

It is required that you

• Are smoke-free,

• Have fluent knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

It is meritorious if you

• Have experience in care and support and/or personal assistance,

• Have completed a care-related education.

Scope: Extra/as needed, during spring and summer. Number of positions: 1. Start date: Immediately, as agreed. Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the position will be filled as soon as possible. Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
