Capio ASIH is establishing a new operation in Södertälje and is looking for a curator who wants to be involved from the start. With us, you will work closely with patients in their home environment and contribute your expertise in a multidisciplinary team. The role is suitable for you who appreciate independent work with a strong patient focus.
The position is 50% with the possibility of increased working hours in the future.

Your role
As a curator within ASIH, you play an important role in the multidisciplinary team focusing on psychosocial support for patients and relatives. The work is based on the patient's situation and needs, often in connection with serious illness and the end of life.
The role is independent and gives you great opportunities to plan and structure your work. You will work with crisis and support conversations and provide existential support in difficult life situations.
You also assist with practical and social issues, such as government contacts, guardianship, and other social legal matters. The work is done in close collaboration with other professionals in the team, and meetings with patients and relatives take place through home visits, outpatient visits, or digitally.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone who is a licensed healthcare curator or has equivalent qualifications, as well as basic training in psychotherapeutic methods (step 1). You have experience in crisis and support conversations and preferably a few years of experience in the profession.
Experience working in healthcare, especially in palliative care or ASIH, is an advantage.

Requirements for the role: • License as a healthcare curator (or equivalent) • Basic training in psychotherapeutic methods (step 1) • B driver's license
