We are looking for a balanced, positive, and caring personal assistant for a young woman in Sollentuna. She lives with an autoimmune disease which means she has complex symptoms affecting both her physical and mental well-being, and which can worsen with infections. Her condition varies, and during flare-ups, she needs more support and presence in her daily life.

You who are applying are a secure person with patience, empathy, and a positive attitude – someone who sees solutions rather than obstacles. It is important that you have a low-arousal approach.

You can handle both calm and more challenging days with warmth and stability. You will be an important part of creating structure, security, and quality of life. She enjoys horses, clothes, movies, and music – especially Taylor Swift.

The work involves being close, listening, and adapting to her daily condition. This may include:

• Personal care and hygiene
• Support during meals, medication, and rest
• Help in creating routines and structure
• Simple household chores
• Walks, errands, and activities
• Being a present and empathetic companion

You need to be smoke-free, meticulous about hygiene, and considerate during illness, as she is sensitive to infections.

• Is a woman or man aged 27–50 years
• Is strong as a person
• Is balanced, secure, empathetic, and solution-focused
• Has an understanding of varying daily conditions and flare-ups
• Has good collaboration skills but can work independently
• Speaks and writes fluent Swedish
• Ideally has similar interests (e.g., animals, nature, music, clothes, and movies)
• Having a driver's license and a car is a plus

We are looking for someone who wants to work part-time/full-time or as a temporary employee.

Previous experience in personal assistance is an advantage, but the most important thing is that you enjoy each other's company. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. Personal experience with a relative who has had a disability is also an advantage.
