Personal Assistants Wanted

Do you want a meaningful and developing job where you make a difference every day? We are now looking for two personal assistants for an active user with autism and epilepsy.

Employment Rate:

30% and 75% with the possibility to substitute at short notice in case of illness or leave.

Job Responsibilities:

As a personal assistant, you will support a 21-year-old user with autism and epilepsy in daily life. The work includes assistance with various activities, focusing on the user's health, safety, and independence. Working hours are:
Weekdays: 14:00-20:00, Weekends: 11:00-19:00

It is important that you are flexible and can take responsibility in acute situations. You will work both independently and together with other assistants to provide the best possible support to the user.

Requirements:

To be considered for the position, you need to meet the following requirements:
You are between 25 and 45 years old. You are in good physical health. You do not have allergies to dogs.
You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. You are flexible and can step in at short notice.
A driver's license and experience with cars are advantageous but not required. Previous experience as a personal assistant or in healthcare is a requirement. The user is active and has a strong interest in swimming. If you share this interest, it is an advantage.
