You should understand at least high school Swedish and have good social skills for communication. To empathize with situations without taking over.

I need a responsive and adaptable assistant around the clock, and you will work according to a schedule.

Day, evening, night with on-call and weekends. Part-time.

I want you to have a very good understanding of the Swedish language.

You should also have work experience and possess personal maturity.

I am looking for assistants who can switch between being active and passive, without it becoming a hindrance.

I have a PEG for nutrition. I eat a little by mouth. I need help with hygiene, dressing, and undressing.

You need to have good physical fitness, and you need to be able to swim.

I have a cat and a teenage daughter.

I will be your supervisor and employer.

The most important thing is your attitude towards the job with mental presence. You understand that this is not a care job but a service job. And that you speak and understand fluent Swedish.
