About Me

I am an active woman living in Sollentuna, leading a rich life with interests such as painting, community activities, gardening, and not least my grandchildren. I use an electric wheelchair and am now looking for a personal assistant who can help me in my daily life with the tasks I can no longer manage on my own due to a mobility impairment.

About the Job

The tasks involve supporting me in my daily life – both at home and during activities outside. It is about creating conditions for my everyday life to function smoothly.

Who I Am Looking For

I am looking for someone who:

Has an empathetic approach
Understands the importance of integrity in the role of an assistant
Can handle a fast pace when required – but also has patience when things are calm
Is available to work during the day, approximately 40–60 hours a month
Experience in administrative work is a plus

Previous experience as an assistant is meritorious but not a requirement – personality and commitment weigh heavily.

Employment and Conditions

You will be employed by STIL (The Founders of Independent Living in Sweden), but I will be your supervisor in daily work. The employment is regulated according to collective agreements.
