The customer is a 50-year-old man with autism who needs help with everything in his daily living. He lives in his own apartment in a building where three other users also have their apartments. They do some activities together, and there are common areas where they can socialize, watch TV, eat together, etc. He enjoys swimming, listening to music, looking at books, being outdoors, going for walks in his wheelchair, and trying out new environments. It is important that the environments he is in are calm. He attends a daily activity program five days a week.Who are you?Since he communicates through, among other things, visual support, it is important that you, as an applicant, have experience with autism, are calm, predictable, clear, and have a good command of the Swedish language. Although calm and safe are key words, he enjoys doing activities, so being creative and resourceful are also important qualities. You, as an applicant, should have a strong sense of responsibility, good teamwork skills, and a willingness to work solution-focused. The swimming is scheduled every two weeks, and you will be involved in the swimming, which means you need to be a competent swimmer.REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with autism
• Ability to swim, as the customer often goes to swimming pools

The position is part-time and is currently mostly scheduled for evenings and night shifts. Daytime work may also occur.
