About the position
We at Olivia are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant at 17% for our client in Lidingö, Stockholm. There may be an opportunity to increase the position to 50% a bit later.
It is important for us that you are comfortable with the commuting distance to Lidingö as we are looking for an assistant who sees this as a long-term job. Please ensure that the commute to Lidingö fits your daily life before submitting your application!
The working hours are scheduled as follows:
8:00 AM - 12:20 PM
Start date is according to agreement, and we would like to see you start training immediately.
About the client
The client is a woman in her late 60s with an interest in flowers and nature. She needs your help as an assistant in her daily life due to ALS. Aids such as trach, wheelchair, sliding board, and floor lift are used by the client.
The tasks are as follows:
Support with daily routines and household chores
Assist with personal hygiene, e.g., showering, dressing and undressing, and during meals
Support with transfers and training

Requirements:
Experience working as a personal assistant or in care and support
Be able to swim and tolerate chlorine
Have knowledge of ALS/MS
Merits:
Professional experience with ALS
Driver's license (B) and access to a car
Employment rate: 1 position at 17%, with a chance for 50% later
Start date: Interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.

Due to the fact that the position may involve solo work, night work, and tasks that according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3) cannot be performed by minors, you must be at least 18 years old.
