Lovö Montessori Preschool was founded in 1997 and is a non-profit association run as a parent cooperative. We currently have 32 children and 7 educators distributed across three departments: one for 1-2 years, one for 2-3 years, and one for 4-5 years.

We are located near forest and nature adjacent to Drottningholm Park on Lovön in Ekerö municipality. There are good public transport connections by bus from both Ekerö and Brommaplan, which stop just a few minutes' walk from the preschool.

Here, children and the desire to learn are at the center. With Montessori pedagogy and the preschool curriculum as a foundation, the staff works to ensure that each child has the opportunity to develop according to their own needs and abilities. The security that the educators provide with their presence and engagement creates a developing and educational place for the children.

The preschool has experienced educators who enjoy working together, engaged parents, and a stable economy.

We are now looking for a childcare worker with Montessori training and/or experience working with Montessori pedagogy. You will be working with the older children, aged 4-5 years. The position is a fixed-term employment until summer with the possibility of extension. The scope is 60% with immediate start or according to agreement.

The preschool has a collective agreement. The position includes free pedagogical lunches. Salary according to agreement.
