We are now looking for someone seeking a part-time job in the picturesque Åkersberga! You will work alongside a colleague (double staffing) and we are looking for someone who can step in during regular staff absence on weekdays during the day, as well as planned times during evenings/weekends when the client's parents are away. A driver's license is helpful for getting to work, but not a requirement.

The client is a 29-year-old woman living in a villa outside Åkersberga with her parents. She enjoys doing her own activities in peace and quiet, so as an assistant, you need to thrive in a calm work environment where life does not need to be fast-paced. However, you need to have a sense of intuition and be able to act quickly when the client needs your help.

Our girl does not speak but is physically mobile. She needs assistance and support with both meals and personal hygiene. Since she does not communicate verbally, it can lead to some outwardly aggressive behaviors when she does not feel understood. You need to be confident in your role as her assistant and be able to redirect these situations.
