Prima LSS Omtanke AB is a smaller care company that operates five units in Södermalm, including Södermalm's group and service housing as well as Teckentullen's daily activities. Our ambition is to offer a service of the highest quality where the needs and wishes of the users are always in focus. At Prima LSS, we constantly strive to improve. At Teckentullen's daily activities, there are twelve places and it is an operation according to the Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons (LSS). The service is aimed at deaf users and is conducted in a sign language environment. We strive for users to be as involved in society as possible and to have tasks for external actors.

Job Responsibilities. Placement at Teckentullen's daily activities. Support and guide users in the areas of work within the service, which include tasks performed for external companies, baking, creativity, wellness, and gardening. We welcome your interest and knowledge in some of the above areas.

Qualifications. We are looking for someone who is stable and flexible with good self-awareness and teamwork skills, as the job involves both independent work and teamwork. You need to have a commitment to your work, be solution-focused, and have a genuine interest in the target group. We appreciate creativity and initiative. Together with other staff, you will actively contribute to the ongoing quality development of the service. We place great importance on personal suitability.

Basic education in care and nursing, child and leisure, educational or social work, at least at the high school level. Good knowledge of sign language and written Swedish. Experience in similar work is preferred.

We apply a six-month probationary period. Employment rate 100%.
