About the position

As a coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring that personal assistance operates safely, professionally, and in accordance with applicable legislation. You play a central role in planning, follow-up, and support for both assistance recipients and personal assistants.

Responsibilities

• Coordination and planning of assistance assignments
• Recruitment, introduction, and supervision of personal assistants
• Scheduling and staffing
• Contact with users, relatives, and external actors
• Follow-up on quality, work environment, and documentation
• Ensure that the organization complies with LSS and other relevant regulations
• Shared position with personal assistance out in the field

Qualifications

• Experience in personal assistance, care, and support or similar fields
• Good organizational and administrative skills
• Ability to work independently and make decisions
• Good communication skills in speech and writing
• Driver's license (B) is an advantage
• Experience in leadership or coordination within personal assistance
