Our mission is to provide support and service according to the Social Services Act to our Tyresö residents.

We are a pleasant and highly engaged unit with a good atmosphere and high job satisfaction. Our focus is on meeting the future of elderly care. We want to think innovatively and try alternative digital working methods. We follow up and ensure that our Tyresö residents can live and age safely in the municipality. We seek motivated and engaged employees and a good balance between work and leisure.

About the Position

As a case officer with us, you, along with your colleagues, will be responsible for providing information, guidance, and support to our elderly Tyresö residents according to the Social Services Act. Your work will involve independent handling of cases according to the Social Services Act and related tasks for the assignment.

Our expectations are that you actively want to contribute and participate in the unit's development work as well as in collaboration with other actors. We have fee case officers who handle fee decisions. The position is a permanent employment at 100% and will be filled as soon as possible by agreement.

Who Are You?

• You have a degree in Social Work with a focus on elderly care and disabilities, or an equivalent higher education degree with comparable content that is considered equivalent. Personal suitability will be given great importance. Experience in case handling for the elderly target group is an advantage.
• You can manage various documentation systems, preferably Life Care and IBIC.
• You enjoy working in a team with a focus on development and like having a variety of tasks.
• You have good reasoning ability and enjoy working independently and solution-oriented.
• You find it easy to build trust, have good collaboration skills, and are skilled at communicating clearly in both speech and writing.
• You are a secure and stable person who enjoys working in a structured manner and taking responsibility.
