About the Role

As a childcare worker at a Dibber preschool, you are responsible for ensuring that our educational approach permeates your work. You notice, articulate, and strengthen situations that build trusting relationships, where children and adults are equal. You work to build a positive community both in caring for the children and in meeting with guardians, as well as within your work team.

You contribute knowledge and creativity, engagement for learning, and show patience. You celebrate the successes of the children and your colleagues, big and small, and rejoice in their new knowledge and discoveries.

Your Qualifications

• Educated childcare worker or similar, or other relevant experience deemed equivalent for the position.
• Good communication skills
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both written and spoken
• Responsible
• Ability to collaborate and share knowledge and experience for collegial learning

About Us

Dibber was established in Sweden in 2017 and currently operates preschools, primary schools, adapted primary schools, and open preschools. Dibber's head office is located in Sollentuna, with operations in large parts of Sweden. Dibber in Sweden is part of the Norwegian free school group Dibber, which was started and is owned by two engaged educators, Randi and Hans Jacob Sundby. The first preschool was opened in 2003 in the small town where Randi grew up. Today, Dibber operates over 600 preschools in nine countries around the world.
