We are now looking for dedicated preschool teachers for Blåklockan who are passionate about working with children. We work with age-appropriate groups and are seeking preschool teachers for both younger and older children's groups. The teams consist of three to four educators, including one to two preschool teachers. We operate based on a project-oriented working method.

Blåklockan is part of Sundbyberg's municipal preschools and is located in modern, newly built premises in the Ör area – close to both Lötsjön and beautiful green areas. Here, you will work in an inspiring environment where children's curiosity and development are the focus. The preschool consists of eight departments, organized into four bases with close collaboration within each base. We welcome children aged 1–6 years, divided into age-appropriate groups to create security and good conditions for learning. As a preschool teacher, you will lead the educational work together with your colleagues in the team and influence the development and change processes. In this role, you will not be the department's responsible preschool teacher.

Your tasks include planning, implementing, and following up on the educational work together with the team according to applicable governing documents and ensuring the safety, development, and learning of all children. An important task is to be genuinely curious and interested in the children's authentic questions, as well as to see challenges and find solutions for the benefit of the children.

We want you to be a licensed preschool teacher and well acquainted with the preschool's governing documents and mission. You are a driven and engaged educator with a strong belief in the competent child. You need to be skilled at capturing children's interests and building on them by offering creative forms of expression in your teaching. You should also have a conscious approach and be a skilled relationship builder who always works in the best interest of the children. You need to be an active, present, and engaged educator. You take great responsibility for your assignment and are passionate about working with children. Experience and interest in working with targeted support is an advantage. You collaborate and communicate well with colleagues and guardians and have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Additional information

A large part of our operations is classified as essential services. The position may be subject to military placement within the framework of Sundbyberg's role in total defense.
