About the role As an advisor in digital asset management, you will be a key person in projects that help our clients develop their operations. You will work on business development projects focusing on digital transformation. You will also work on management strategies and maintenance concepts for new and existing assets. Collaboration in teams and maintaining close dialogue with clients across Sweden is also part of the everyday work, and travel may occur.

In this role, you will be part of the Digital Solutions department and will also have the opportunity to work on international projects.

Location: Stockholm or Gothenburg.

Qualifications We are looking for someone who:

• Has several years of experience in consulting and business development in community building.

• Has worked on assignments for municipalities or public organizations.

• Is accustomed to analyzing information and developing implementable solutions using established methodologies.

Meritorious

• Consulting experience.

• Change management.

• Knowledge of asset management according to the standard “ISO 55000 Asset Management System”.

• Knowledge of various EAM systems, e.g., IBM Maximo.

As a person, we see that you enjoy working purposefully and value developing good relationships. We appreciate strong communication skills and a business-oriented approach. You can demonstrate experience in independently leading and driving projects. We see that you have relevant education in the field or equivalent acquired experience and are proficient in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
