In this role, you will:

• From day one: take initiative, assess needs, and get started!

• Build recruitment strategies that attract the industry's sharpest IT consultants.

• Identify, engage, and recruit talents via LinkedIn, networks, and direct contacts.

• Collaborate with our two recruiters, management, and salespeople to understand needs and deliver the right competencies.

• Continuously develop and improve the recruitment process; we want to move forward!

We are looking for someone who...

...is an energizing and professional recruiter who can adapt to different personalities and contexts. You have a natural sense for people, know when to push and when to listen. You don’t just ask questions; you actively seek answers and turn them directly into action. You find new paths and seek to uncover opportunities even in challenging terrain; surely you also read success?

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• Several years of experience in independently driving recruitment processes within IT

• A natural talent for networking and building relationships

• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other search tools

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

🎯 It’s a plus if you also have:

• A background in sales or business development
