Temporary Customer Service Representative Needed for Our Customer Center This Summer

We are now looking for a temporary customer service representative for our customer center this summer. You will be part of a wonderful team of 15 people where you are expected to become one of the group whose main task is to provide our tenants with the best service.

In this role as a temporary customer service representative, you will mainly work with customer reception activities, which includes answering the company's shared phone line, the company's other digital channels, and staffing the reception.

We estimate that the temporary position will last from June to August.

Your Background

You have a high school education with a relevant focus. Experience in customer service or the real estate industry is an advantage. It is also beneficial if you have experience with rental laws. You have excellent written and spoken skills in Swedish and English. Additional language skills in, for example, Somali or Arabic are also a plus.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is structured, has a good sense of order, and can take responsibility for your tasks even when conditions change rapidly. You enjoy being part of a team and contribute to good collaboration and a positive atmosphere. Working with service comes naturally to you. To succeed in this role, we believe you have the ability to remain calm and composed, even when challenges are many and varied. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
