Welcome to Vårdcentralen Bokskogen, a place where commitment, development, and care go hand in hand.

We are a well-established health care unit with our own rehabilitation services and child health center, and we also oversee a nursing home in Klågerup. With approximately 8000 registered patients and 28 dedicated employees, we together create a safe and modern primary care close to both nature and people. We have stable staffing, and several colleagues have been with the unit for many years. The health center includes the usual professional groups and clinics found in a health center. The health center is beautifully located, surrounded by beech forests and golf courses, just 20 minutes from Malmö and Lund. You can easily reach us by car or public transport, and you can park right outside. In spring 2021, we moved into our new bright premises, which has given us even better conditions to shape the future of primary care.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will work with common tasks at the health center, such as your own clinic with both scheduled and urgent visits, and you will also answer calls in the triage phone. Furthermore, you will also provide support to nurses and other healthcare staff in their work.

Your role is crucial at the health center, and it is therefore expected that you are ready to take an active role in the care provided under supervision. Team collaboration, where different competencies and experiences enrich and complement each other, is fundamental to our working method.

As a new employee with us, you will receive an introduction tailored to your experiences so that you can integrate into the organization effectively.

If specialization training becomes relevant, you will collaborate with your supervisor and the ST study director to create a joint plan for your education. You will have your own patient list for which you are responsible both as a junior doctor and ST.

A permanent position as an ST doctor is preceded by a temporary position as a junior doctor for three to six months in accordance with regional guidelines for the appointment of ST doctor positions within Primary Care.

QUALIFICATIONS

Regarding formal requirements, you are a licensed physician with the authority to practice within Swedish healthcare, and you also need to have completed your AT or BT. Language skills in Swedish corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe’s scale are also required.

You enjoy following patients over time, work well in teams, and contribute your knowledge to create good and qualitative care.
