The short-term accommodation is located a stone's throw from Limhamn's center and consists of 57 places, of which 18 places are for people with cognitive impairment. Individuals who are granted short-term accommodation often have extensive care needs during large parts of the day that cannot be met in ordinary housing.

Job Responsibilities

We offer you a varied, responsible, and exciting job with opportunities for personal development. The work as a nurse in the short-term unit means that you independently assess, plan, organize, and perform medical treatment and care interventions.

You collaborate in teams both internally and externally to meet the individual’s care needs. As a nurse, you are responsible for guiding and delegating care staff as well as providing advice and support to other professionals in the team around the patient. As a nurse, you are an important part of the team together with nursing assistants, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and section managers. The work is characterized by a holistic view, where the focus is on the patients' own conditions.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. In addition, you have:

• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
• Insight into applicable legislation, establishing goals and guidelines
• Good digital competence

It is an advantage if you have:

• Work experience with individuals who have dementia and cognitive impairment
• Work experience from municipal health and medical care
• Specialist training in a relevant area
• Knowledge of the documentation program Procapita
