Your mission
The LSS residence in Marieholm is a special accommodation for individuals who receive services under 9:9 LSS. The residence has 6 apartments with a common area. We have 12 dedicated employees working with us.
The working hours are irregular and scheduled for day, evening, weekend, and awake night shifts.
As a substitute at our group home, your tasks will include providing support and service to users based on their individual needs and wishes. You will assist users with daily routines such as personal care, activities, social interaction, and practical tasks.
Other tasks include handling computers, documentation, and medication management.
Your role also involves creating a safe and meaningful environment and working from a pedagogical and motivating approach.
The residents need staff support at all waking hours, and when you are on duty, you will have primary responsibility for one or more users during an entire shift.
At the group home in Marieholm, you will actively work with current methods and approaches such as low-arousal responses and clear pedagogical strategies.
You will collaborate with the user's network, colleagues, and other partners such as adult habilitation, psychiatry, and health centers.
Your experience
- I have a good command of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
- I have good computer skills.
- I am at least 18 years old.
Meritorious:
- Experience working within LSS.
- Experience working with individuals who have diabetes and epilepsy.
- Can work awake nights, days, evenings, and weekends.
- Driver's license for manual transmission.
