The Health and Medical Care Department is responsible for services within home healthcare and rehabilitation. The services are provided by nurses, nursing assistants, rehabilitation assistants, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists, who also delegate to care staff in other areas based on their profession.

Nurse for Home Healthcare in Vittsjö/Bjärnum – Make a difference every day!

The nurse in our organization is a key player in providing safe and professional care where it is needed the most.

In home healthcare Vittsjö/Bjärnum, you will be one of 4 colleagues who together plan and implement your services. As a nurse, you will be responsible for the care of 20-25 patients. There is close collaboration with the nursing staff based in the same building. There are health centers in both Bjärnum and Vittsjö.

Requirements:

• Licensed nurse
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills (we document in Procapita)
• Driver's license for a manual transmission vehicle

Meritorious:

• Further education in elderly care
• Further education as a district nurse
