Practice Manager and Partner Wanted for Praktikertjänst Dental Clinic in Lomma

Lomma is a popular coastal municipality that continues to grow – a perfect area for you who want to run dental care in an environment where people thrive and tend to stay long. The clinic is located in a pleasant newly built area down by the harbor, close to restaurants and the beach promenade.

The clinic is 127 square meters and is currently run by a competent team consisting of two dentists, three dental nurses, and one dental hygienist. The clinic is functionally designed with three treatment rooms, a sterilization room, and staff space with a kitchen.

The premises are on the ground floor, providing good accessibility for both patients and staff. Here there are excellent conditions for continuing to develop the business in a stable and growing patient market.

Responsibilities

• You lead and distribute work for the staff
• You work clinically as a dentist
• Staff responsibility, goal and development dialogue, and salary discussions
• Recruitment as needed
• Ensure that staff have sufficient knowledge and work on skills development
• Responsible for the work environment

Qualifications

• Licensed dentist
• 3-5 years of work experience
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written

You are a skilled clinician who sees it as a given to combine quality dental care with a good approach. You also enjoy leading other people.
